We have taken great care to match your current accounts to accounts
at Civista Bank that offer similar features and benefits.
To give you time to make sure your account is right for you, we’ll waive the monthly service charge and transaction activity fees, if applicable to your account, through Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
This waiver applies to all converted personal and business checking and savings accounts and includes the paper statement delivery fee if one normally applies.

Keeping our customers' accounts safe and secure is our priority.

Cybercriminals know to watch for vulnerable times to carry out their scams more easily. This is especially the case in times when transitions are under way - such as with corporate merges. Please stay vigilant to protect your personal information and accounts.

Civista will never call, text, or email you asking for your sensitive personal information, secure access codes, or login credentials. When in doubt, hang up or ignore the text or email.  Instead, call your local branch or contact us using the bank's number on your account statement or on our official website.  Fraudsters can spoof phone numbers so be cautious of incoming calls and texts.  It's ok to hang up and call back
