Government Shutdown Assistance Program

In keeping with our commitment to life-long relationships with our customers, Civista is here to assist customers in times of financial hardship. As the federal government shutdown continues, there are several ways we are assisting federal employees whose pay is interrupted.

We are Here to Help

For eligible government employees who notify us of a pay delay, Civista Bank will waive the following account fees, if applicable, until pay resumes.
  • Overdraft Fees
  • Monthly account service charge
  • Late payment fees on existing loans

Impacted government employees also may benefit from a loan modification during this time. Customers are encouraged to visit their local branch or call us at 800.604.9368 to discuss their particular situation.

Pay Assistance Loan Program

In addition, for customers affected who have payroll direct deposit into a Civista Bank checking or savings account, we are offering a 0% APR* Pay Assistance Loan Program.

  • No credit check is required
  • No fees or interest charges associated with this loan
