In keeping with our commitment to life-long relationships with our customers, Civista is here to assist customers in times of financial hardship. As the federal government shutdown continues, there are several ways we are assisting federal employees whose pay is interrupted.
We are Here to Help
For eligible government employees who notify us of a pay delay, Civista Bank will waive the following account fees, if applicable, until pay resumes.
- Overdraft Fees
- Monthly account service charge
