Civista Bank Announces Officer Promotions

Sandusky, OH (May 7, 2019) – Dennis G. Shaffer, chief executive officer and president of Civista Bank, announced the following officer promotions approved by the Civista Bank Board of Directors at its April meeting:

Amy Grant, Executive Assistant, was promoted to Senior Vice President.  Grant previously worked for the bank from 1982 to 1987 and rejoined the organization in 1997.  Grant’s responsibilities include working with the bank’s shareholders, board of directors and executive management team.

Jodi Greulich, Marketing Manager, was promoted to Senior Vice President.  Greulich joined the bank in 2011 and is responsible for marketing, advertising and communications for the organization.

 Jennifer Conn, Senior Compliance Officer, was promoted to Vice President.  Conn joined Champaign National Bank in 2002 which became part of Civista Bank in 2007.  She leads Civista’s compliance activities across the bank’s footprint.

Viki Deruy, Training Coordinator, was promoted to Vice President.  Deruy has over 38 years of banking experience and became part of the company in 2004.  She is responsible for the development, facilitation and coordination of training for all business lines across the company.

Deborah Kellner was promoted to Vice President. With over 25 years in the banking industry, Kellner joined the bank in 2018 as a private banker and represents Civista Private Banking in northeast Ohio. 

Allana McCreight, Bank Security Officer, was promoted to Vice President.  McCreight has over 29 years of banking experience and became part of the company in 2007.  She leads the company’s physical and information security programs.

Karen McKinley, Bank Secrecy Officer, was promoted to Vice President.  McKinley joined Civista in 2013 and has 45 years of banking experience.  She oversees the monitoring, compliance and reporting of federally regulated programs designed to deter and detect financial crimes.

Deborah Morrow, Consumer/Mortgage Lender, was promoted to Vice President.  Morrow joined the bank in 1979 and has specialized in consumer lending for the past 18 years.  She primarily
serves the Erie County market and is based in the Sandusky Water Street Office.

Tim Ott, Mortgage Lender, was promoted to Vice President.  Ott joined Civista’s mortgage lending team in 2015 and has over 20 years in banking.  He is based in the Sandusky East Perkins Avenue office and primarily covers Erie and Ottawa counties.

Kelly Calmes was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Compliance Officer.  Calmes joined the bank in 2014 and has over 37 years of banking experience. 

Jennifer Loveless, Private Banker, was promoted to Assistant Vice President.  Loveless has over 15 years’ experience in banking and became a part of the company in 2015.  She represents Civista’s private banking program in the Dayton market.

Sasha Roberts, Retail Sales Coordinator/Trainer, was promoted to Assistant Vice President.  Roberts joined Civista’s retail banking team in 2013 and was a Branch Leader.  Currently, she provides new hire training and sales & service coaching across the bank’s footprint.

Raymond Wheeler, Training Facilitator, was promoted to Assistant Vice President.  Wheeler joined the bank full time in 2015, after working several years as a training consultant for the company.  He provides training across all lines of business.
