New Civista Debit Mastercard®
You’ll receive a new debit card and PIN in separate mailings before conversion. Begin using your card on or after February 9. If you use your card for recurring payments—like streaming services or gym memberships—update your merchants with your new card information once activated.
New Digital Banking Experience
Civista Digital Banking replaces FSB online and mobile banking. On February 9, simply log in using your current FSB username and password to get started. You’ll be prompted to update your credentials and re-enroll in eStatements. Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments will carry over.
What’s Staying the Same
Most day-to-day banking will continue without disruption.
- Account numbers: Most will remain the same. If yours is changing, you’ll receive a separate mailing.
- Checks: Continue using your current checks until you need to reorder.
- Direct deposits & automatic payments: These will continue without interruption.
- Scheduled transfers & loan autopay: No action needed.
- Loan terms & due dates: No changes. A new payment address begins February 9.
- Continue using your same accounts, debit cards, checks, and online or mobile banking.
- Continue banking at your Farmers Savings Bank branch.
- Make your loan payments as usual.
- Call the same phone numbers you always have.
- Any new deposit accounts opened at FSB on or after November 7, 2025 are considered Civista Bank deposits for FDIC insurance purposes.
- Certificates of Deposit (CDs) are insured separately for six months from November 7, 2025 or until maturity, whichever is later. If a CD renews during that period for the same term and amount, it will continue to be insured separately until the next renewal.
- After the six-month period, deposits at the former FSB and Civista Bank will be combined for FDIC insurance coverage.
