Donna M. Waltz-Jaskolski joined Civista Bank in 2017 as senior vice president and customer experience officer and senior vice president of Civista Bancshares, Inc.

Jaskolski has over 13 years of banking experience, beginning her career at National City in 2005 and subsequently PNC Bank where she was a senior vice president and regional manager leading retail teams in the Bay City and Northern Michigan Markets and Grand Rapids/West Michigan Markets. Her prior experience in hospitality services, marketing and broadcast radio provides a unique foundation for developing teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Jaskolski earned her BA from Central Michigan University. She has completed numerous industry-related and community focused educational programs. She continues to focus on being a life-long learner and is a current participant with Leadership Erie County in Sandusky, Ohio.

Jaskolski has a long-term relationship with Athena International as a founding lifetime member. She currently services as a board member of the Greater Sandusky Zonta Club - an International organization she has supported since 1994 and previously served as president of the Tri-County Zonta Club in northeast Michigan.
