How do I know when my eStatement is ready?
You will receive an email notification when your eStatement is ready for you to review.
What else can I do in the eStatement portal?
The portal allows you to view statements and documents by specific account, document type, date range and account groups. You can even create your own account filter groups.
Can I change my delivery preference in the portal for one or all of my accounts?
Yes, customers can manage their delivery preferences at the account level by clicking on the Delivery Preferences button. Keep in mind, a paper statement option fee may apply. Refer to your account disclosures for more information.
How do I add an additional recipient to access my account’s eStatements?
To add an additional recipient, click on the pencil icon next to Interested Parties in the portal. Enter the person’s name and email address, and select the accounts for which you would like them to have access to statements.
Your interested party will then be sent an email to set up login credentials for the portal.
