As Founder of The Oliver Consulting Group, Pat shares her diverse corporate and financial services experience and unique industry perspective with her clients. In addition to over 40 years working on securities, corporate governance and M&A matters, Pat maintained an active legal practice representing banks and thrifts before federal and state regulators. Her decades of private practice were complemented by her tenure as EVP, General Counsel, Chief Corporate Governance Officer and Secretary of BB& T Corporation (now Truist).
