Dennis joined the Civista Bank Board of Directors in 2013 and the Civista Bancshares, Inc. Board of Directors in 2015. He is a Partner at the law firm of Murray & Murray Company, LPA and has served as a City of Sandusky Commissioner for 11 years. Dennis has practiced plaintiffs' complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts for over 35 years - ranging from antitrust, ERIA, FMLA and various class actions.
