Russell L. Edwards joined Civista as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking in 2019 with over 25 years of banking experience. As the head of retail, Edwards leads the expansion of customer relationships and delivery of world-class service across Civista's branch network and Customer Care Center.

Edwards is a board member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio, a community mentor for University Hospitals' David Satcher Clerkship and a speaker for Kent State University School of Podiatry's Financial Seminar Lecture Series. He also volunteers for the Cleveland Kids' Book Bank and Abundant Grace Fellowship.
