Charles A. Parcher
Executive Vice President
Charles A. Parcher, Executive Vice President of Civista Bancshares, Inc. and President of Civista Bank, joined the company in 2016.
Parcher has more than 36 years of banking experience, beginning his career at Fifth Third Bank in 1988. Recently, he served as FirstMerit's Market President in Northwest Ohio from 2011 to 2015. He has also been employed by Sky Bank, where he was Executive Vice President in charge of all commercial banking functions in Northwest Ohio/Southeast Michigan and with Huntington Bank, where he was a Senior Vice President and commercial region manager.
Parcher earned his MBA from the University of Toledo and his bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Miami University. He has also completed numerous industry-related educational programs.
Parcher has served in various leadership roles in several non-profit organizations. Notably, he has served as the past Chairman of the board of trustees for the YMCA of Greater Toledo, as a board member for the ProMedica Toledo Metropolitan Hospitals, and as a board member and treasurer of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce.
