Robert "Bob" Katitus, Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer of Civista Bancshares, Inc. and Civista Bank, joined the company in 2010. Katitus has more than 25 years of banking and commercial lending experience. Since joining Civista, he has served as Senior Vice President and Regional Market Executive for Northeast Ohio, and following Civista's 2022 merger with The Henry County Bank, he also oversaw commercial banking in Northwest Ohio. Prior to his time at Civista, Katitus held leadership roles in commercial lending at Park View Federal Savings Bank. He began his banking career in 1998 at National City Corporation. Katitus earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Akron and his MBA from the University of Dayton.
